Payment and Shipping

 

Cheeky Monkeys Books and Crystals offers a standard flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 for under 1kg total weight and $15.35 for 1kg and over total weight of products at checkout Australia wide. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment and are sent through Australia Post for all Australian addresses. Free shipping is available ONLY for Australian addresses when spending over $50. International shipping is a flat fee of $21 and uses standard shipping through Australia Post and their partners.

Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that are of a personal nature such as jewellery (rings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces etc), are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive in a damaged condition or they are different to/not the specified article you have purchased from our store. Damaged goods received must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving goods to arrange a refund or an exchange. We will arrange shipping at no cost to you.

 

We do not refund due to change of mind, however we are always happy to communicate with you regarding your purchase and understand that the best way to resolve anything is through communication, your happiness is our business.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
