Wearing a bracelet, it sits over some very important meridians in the body- especially the lung, heart and pericardium meridians. The energies of crystal gemstones when worn over these meridians subtly infuse into the channels and make there way through our meridian system to be part of a process of either circulating qi (energy)or building qi within the body. This has effects on so many facets of our energetic, emotional and physical wellbeing.
